Every trade searches differently.
A furnace-out call and a divorce enquiry arrive in completely different states of mind, and a site that treats them the same converts neither. These are the 18 verticals we build for, each with the search intent, schema type and conversion path that actually applies to it.
HVAC contractors
Furnace-out calls do not browse. The page has to answer, price and book inside one screen, and the site has to be findable at 6am in February.

Plumbers
Burst pipe, backed-up main, no hot water. Three different panics, three different pages, one phone number that has to be impossible to miss.

Electricians
Panel upgrades, EV chargers and code compliance are three different buyers. Most electrician sites address none of them specifically.

Roofers
A hailstorm compresses a year of demand into ten days. The site either holds up under that spike or it wastes it.

Restoration contractors
The most urgent call in the trades, mediated by an insurer, decided in under ten minutes. Almost everything depends on being reachable.

Landscapers and lawn care
A five-month build season and a snow-removal business hiding inside the same company. The site has to sell both without confusing either.

Painters
Low barrier to entry, high volume of competitors, and a buyer who cannot tell any of you apart. Differentiation has to be structural.

Garage door companies
A broken spring is an emergency, a new door is a considered purchase, and the same company sells both to people who do not know they are related.

Pest control companies
Every query is a specific pest, and generic pest control pages rank for none of them.

Cleaning companies
Residential cleaning is a subscription. Commercial cleaning is a contract. They are not the same business and should not be the same page.

Auto repair shops
Proximity decides most of this market. What is left is decided by whether people believe you will not overcharge them.

Dental practices
A new patient is worth years of revenue, which is why every dentist in the city is bidding on the same query.

Law firms
Practice areas are separate businesses. A firm site that treats them as one loses every one of them.

Accountants and bookkeepers
One season generates most of the enquiries and the rest of the year decides whether they stay clients.

Real estate agents
The portals own the listing searches. Everything an agent can actually win is somewhere else.

Med spas and aesthetics clinics
Every treatment is a separate search with a separate price, and the before/after gallery does more selling than any page of copy.

Veterinary clinics
Emergency, routine care and end-of-life are three completely different visits, and the site has to handle all three with the right tone.

Gyms and fitness studios
January decides the year, retention decides the business, and the trial class does more converting than anything you can write.

The lazy version of this page is one build with a different noun on it. That fails for a simple reason: the schema.org type, the Google Business Profile categories, the queries people actually type and the moment they decide to call are different in every one of these. A plumber needs a phone number above the fold because water is running. A law firm needs process content because the person is frightened and not ready to call anyone. Those are not the same website.
- Real schema.org type per vertical -
Plumber,Dentist,RoofingContractor. A wrong type is worse than none. - The actual Google Business Profile categories, primary first, because the primary category does more for map-pack relevance than anything on the page.
- Query patterns grouped by what the searcher has already decided, not by keyword volume.
- The pages that vertical needs beyond the core twelve, and why each one earns its place.
