WARDORX is a productized website and SEO agency in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We build a business website in fourteen days for a fixed price, then run a monthly SEO retainer against it. James Frost does the build, the search work and the reporting, which is why there is no account manager relaying questions to whoever is actually doing the job.
We work almost entirely with trades and local service businesses - heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration - because the search problem in those markets is a specific one. The money is in the map pack and in service pages tied to a real service area, and almost none of it is in the places a general marketing agency will point you.
What separates this from the twenty other agencies pitching the same thing is not a claim about being better. It is a list of things we will not do, published below, each of which costs us something and each of which is a common practice in this industry.

We do not report a percentage without the two numbers behind it
A rate on its own cannot be checked, and rates built on unstable denominators are the ones that most need checking. Every percentage in our reporting is printed beside the before and after figures it was computed from, so an error is visible at a glance rather than three months later.
We do not gate reviews
Filtering for happy customers before asking for a review is against Google's policy and it is a suspension risk on the profile you depend on. We ask everyone, at the same point in the job, using the same message.
We do not publish location pages that say nothing
A page carrying one template and a swapped place name is detectable, and it is what spam updates remove. Our own location pages have to clear a length and uniqueness gate in the build before they will publish at all.
We do not invent numbers
No search volumes we cannot source, no benchmark statistics without a citation, no case study figures without the period and the tool they came from. Where we do not have a verified number we say so rather than estimating one that reads well.
The reasoning behind most of this is published rather than pitched - the notes carry the mechanisms, the case studies carry the numbers with their sources, and the price list is on the site rather than behind a call.
