WARDORX is new, and we would rather say that than invent a client list you can't call. What isn't new is the work: the pattern we build to is well-established, and you can test our competence for free right now - run your own site through the audit on this page and see whether what it tells you is true. We're taking three founding clients at half the build fee, in exchange for a named case study and access to the analytics so we can publish the real before and after. You get the discount; we get the proof. When those three are live, the numbers on this site will be theirs, with their names on them.
Yes, from kickoff to DNS cutover, on the condition that you get us photos and sign off on the design system by Day 3. When a build slips it's almost always waiting on content - so we write the first draft of every page ourselves and you edit it. If we miss the date for any reason that isn't waiting on you, the build fee is free.
Because a plumbing company and a roofing company need the same 12 pages, the same schema, and the same enquiry funnel. Almost nothing about that is genuinely custom - the photos, the copy and the service area are. You're paying for a pattern that is already built, not for four months of us rediscovering it on your dime.
You own the code, the domain, the analytics, and the content. It's exported to your own repo and hosting on launch day. If you leave, nothing switches off - that's the difference between a productized build and a rented template platform.
Local pack movement can start showing in 30 to 60 days when the profile and site already have a sound base. Competitive organic terms often take 60 to 120 days or longer. Those are planning ranges, not guarantees, because the starting point and the competitors decide the pace.
Then we may not be the right call, and we'll tell you on the audit. If the bones are fine and only the SEO is broken, we'll quote the retainer alone. We don't sell rebuilds to people who don't need one.
Real service-area data: neighbourhood names, response times from your dispatch data, permit rules for that municipality, local job photos, and a testimonial from that area. Not city-name-swap boilerplate - Google filters that, and it drags the rest of your site down with it.
The build is a fixed fee agreed before anything starts, so the number you see is the number you pay. The retainer is month to month after an initial 90-day period, because SEO can't prove itself in 30 days. Cancel any time after that with 30 days' notice. Payment terms are set out in your Services Agreement before you sign anything.
Yes, and we treat it as part of the build rather than an add-on. Every site ships with a privacy policy and a cookie policy written to PIPEDA's ten principles, a consent banner that actually gates analytics and advertising scripts instead of loading them and announcing it afterwards, and a named privacy contact. We published the whole standard we build to as a free guide, including the 32-point self-audit we run against every site before launch, so you can check the work rather than take our word for it.
We're based in Calgary and work across North America. Most of our clients are in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto, which means we already have local link relationships and ranking data in those markets.
The privacy answer, at full length.
The short answer above is that compliance is part of the build. The long one is the standard we build to, published in full - including the self-audit we run against every site before it launches, so you can check ours as easily as your own.
Bring the site you have. Leave with a clear next step.
Book 30 minutes with James. We will look at the current site, the market you want to win, and whether the right move is a build, SEO, or no project at all.
