SEO for roofers in Calgary

A hailstorm compresses a year of demand into ten days. The site either holds up under that spike or it wastes it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Built before the storm.

Roofing demand is seasonal and spike-driven. A hail event turns a normal month into a queue. The businesses that capture the calls are the ones already ranking and already answering the phone when the storm hits. Starting the site work after the hail is too late.

The main job types need separate pages: emergency repair and tarping, hail damage assessment and insurance, and full replacement. The emergency page needs the phone as text and a stated response window. The replacement page needs cost ranges by material and what the insurance process actually involves.

The 14-page fullstack site is free for the first 10 clients if you supply the domain. After that founding is $1,250 and Launch is $2,500. Optional SEO is $1,000 a month.

THE STRATEGY / 01

WARDORX / STRUCTURE / STORMSDrag to rotate
01

Emergency and hail

"Roof leak emergency", "hail damage roof Calgary", and "emergency roof repair near me" spike hard after weather. The page answers whether you tarp or repair immediately and states the arrival window. Photos of actual hail damage and completed repairs help both the map pack and the organic results.

Insurance pages address a different path. The homeowner needs to know what documentation you provide and how the claim process works with the major insurers in Alberta. A short page that states this gets the calls from people who already have an adjuster involved.

02

Replacement

"Roof replacement cost Calgary" is researched. Publish ranges for asphalt shingle, metal, and any other materials you install. State what is included (tear-off, underlayment, flashing) and what is extra. Financing numbers if you offer them. The page does not need to be long. It needs the numbers.

03

Extra pages

  • Emergency repair and tarping page.
  • Hail damage and insurance page.
  • Roof replacement cost page with material ranges.
  • Flat roof or commercial page if you do that work.
  • Short pages for common problems (ice dams, missing shingles).

Location pages only if they have real facts from jobs in that area.

04

Map pack

Hail searches hit the pack hard. Primary category "Roofing contractor". Recent photos of hail work and reviews that name the storm or the job type move the ranking. Profile management is $149 a month separate from the SEO retainer.

05

Spike capacity

The site has to stay fast when traffic jumps. Page builders that load heavy scripts on the call button lose the spike. The fullstack build keeps the emergency path light. Call tracking shows which pages produced the calls during the event.

06

Talk through the next step

Call +1 (250) 344-1619 or book at https://www.wardorx.com/book. We will look at the current site and say whether it can handle a spike or needs the rebuild.

07

Hail documentation

After a storm the homeowner needs photos and a written scope for the adjuster. The hail page states that you provide both and how quickly. It lists the major insurers you have worked with if that is true. It does not promise a claim outcome. The page gets the calls from people who already have damage and an open claim.

08

Material ranges

Asphalt shingle replacement has a published range per square or per typical house size. Metal has its own range. The page states tear-off, disposal, underlayment, and flashing as included or extra. Financing is listed as a monthly number if available. These numbers are ranges, not quotes.

09

Spike readiness

The emergency page is kept light so it loads when traffic jumps. Call tracking is already on so you can see which pages produced the calls during the event. The site does not go down because a page builder script failed under load.

10

What to send

Photos of hail damage and completed roofs. Your insurance documentation process. Material preferences and typical pricing bands. Access to the domain and profile.

Call +1 (250) 344-1619.

11

Insurance process page

The page lists the steps you take: photos, measurements, written scope, communication with the adjuster. It names the documentation the homeowner receives. It does not guarantee the claim is approved. Homeowners with open claims search for this information and call the company that states it clearly.

12

Seasonal timing

The pages need to be indexed before the first major hail or wind event. Indexing and ranking take weeks to months. Starting the build or the SEO month in the off-season is the only way the site is ready when the spike arrives. We schedule the work accordingly.

13

Crew and safety photos

Photos of the crew on the roof with proper safety gear help both trust and the profile. Photos of completed roofs from the street help the replacement page. We use what you send. We do not use stock roofing images.

14

Cancellation and ownership

You own the site. Cancel the SEO month after 90 days with notice. The pages stay. The emergency path stays fast. Nothing switches off.

Call +1 (250) 344-1619 or book at https://www.wardorx.com/book.

15

Additional practical notes

The work follows the same rules as the rest of the site. No invented statistics. No ranking guarantees. No city-name swaps. Pages publish only when they contain facts that exist nowhere else or answer a question customers already ask. You own the output. The monthly services can be cancelled. The goal is calls from the map pack and the service pages, measured by the tracking we set up, not by a position report.

If the current site already has the phone as text, answer-first service pages, and a complete profile, the next step may be nothing or only the profile management. We say that on the call. We do not sell a rebuild or a retainer to a business that does not need one.

Photos, dispatch data, and job notes from your crew are what make the pages specific. Without them the pages stay generic and do not rank or convert. Send what you have. We write the first draft. You correct it.
