Website design prices in Calgary

The free offer is the first 10 only. The site is fullstack, coded in Next.js. You supply the domain. We do not register one for you. Hosting is still billed monthly. When those 10 are filled, the next build is founding or Launch.

Each is a 14-page site for one location and one core service. The 14 days run from kickoff to DNS cutover, on the condition that we have your photos and you sign off the design on day 3. We write the first draft of every page. You edit it.

Launch goes up to 100 pages. Ship includes unlimited pages and a quote calculator. Fleet is the build for more than one location.

Day 1 is a 90-minute kickoff. We pull your current site, your Google Business Profile, and your call data into one document you keep.

Day 3 is design sign-off. Type, colour, components, and the page templates are signed off before code starts.

Day 7 is a staging preview with that first draft and the enquiry path wired.

Day 14 is launch. DNS cutover, analytics, Search Console, and a walkthrough of each page.

You own the code, the domain, the analytics, and the content from launch day. The code goes to your own repository. Nothing on the site switches off if you stop hiring us.

For 30 days after launch we fix bugs, broken links, and formatting at no charge. That window does not add pages. After it, changes are at the hourly rate.

Every site ships with a privacy policy, a cookie policy, and a consent banner that blocks analytics and advertising scripts until the visitor accepts. A named privacy contact is on the site.

Spectrum Veterinary Imaging is a client site: 23 pages, shipped in 14 days.

The SOS Group is a client result: three sites, results after handover.

Chinook Auto Sales is a past result, not a current client: 260 form enquiries in four months. The old site had no form. That figure is form enquiries, not sales.

Custom photography and illustration. Copy beyond the first draft. Integrations that are not in the services agreement. Moving more than 50 pages off an existing site. That 50-page line is a build exclusion only.

Rankings are not included. The build fee does not include a Google position or a date for calls from search.

After day 3, extra scope is $200 an hour, billed in 15-minute blocks.

On Founding or Launch the month is $1,000. The first term is 90 days, then month to month. After the 90 days you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The month can be sold without a new build when the current site does not need one. Maps management and review collection are not in it. It does include 4 location and service pages a month, call tracking, and a monthly report.

If the job is to keep the URLs you already have, migrate is $599. The scope is a fixed list of URLs. Those URLs stay live. The site is rebuilt as a fullstack Next.js site. This is not a 50-page package.

Photos of the work, the services you sell, and access to the domain. If design sign-off slips past day 3, the 14-day count is waiting on you. We write the first draft. You edit it. A further rewrite is extra scope at the hourly rate.

The site is still yours. Hosting stays $10 a month. The 30-day fix window still applies. After that, you can edit the site yourself, or ask us to make changes at $200 an hour. The pages do not go offline.

The 30-minute call is with the founder. We look at the current site and say whether the next step is a build, the SEO month, migrate, or nothing yet.

The build fee is invoiced before work starts, on the schedule in the services agreement. Monthly SEO, if you add it, is billed monthly. Hosting is billed on its own.
