The SOS Group: three websites, results after handover

We built three websites for The SOS Group and did the SEO, Google Business Profile and structured data work. The project ended in January 2026. These figures were measured between July and September 2026.

  • 350

    Clicks from Google Search (thesosgroup.ca)

Counted only - the notice does not include an earlier period

  • +32%

    Active users (thesosgroup.ca)

    247 to 326

  • +35%

    New users (thesosgroup.ca)

    238 to 321

Fitness equipment service company, Alberta, with a High River location

How to verify this

The SOS Group agreed to be named, and all three websites are live: thesosgroup.ca, highriver.thesosgroup.ca and the The SOS Group service site at sosfitnessservices.com. The figures come from reports the client receives from Google Search Console, Google Analytics and an AI-visibility tracker. Screenshots of those reports are further down this page. Each percentage is calculated from the two numbers shown with it.

The brief

The SOS Group needed websites for three parts of its business: the company itself, its fitness equipment service brand, and its location in High River. We built a separate site for each one. thesosgroup.ca is the company site, sosfitnessservices.com covers the services, and highriver.thesosgroup.ca is the High River location. We also did on-site SEO on all three, set up the Google Business Profile, added structured data to every page and wrote the content so AI assistants can quote it. The work took place in 2025, and we handed everything over in January 2026.

What we did

  1. thesosgroup.ca

The company site. It introduces The SOS Group, describes each part of the business and links to the service site and the High River site.

  2. highriver.thesosgroup.ca

A site for the High River location on a subdomain of the company domain. It has the location's own address, service area and contact details.

  3. sosfitnessservices.com

The service site, with a page for each service, including preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance page and the About page are among the pages AI assistants now cite.

  4. SEO, Google Business Profile and structured data

On-site SEO on all three sites, the Google Business Profile set up and linked to the right site, structured data for the business, its services and its location, and page copy that answers customer questions directly.

Measured after the project ended

Our work for The SOS Group ended in January 2026. Every figure on this page comes from later reports: Google Analytics for July 9 to August 5, a Search Console notice dated September 1, and weekly AI-visibility reports from 2026. Nobody from WARDORX worked on the sites during these periods.

What the client published

The SOS Group wrote about the project in The SOS Group's review of the The SOS Group website. High River Fitness explains why it recommends us in a post on the High River Fitness blog.

What each site does

thesosgroup.ca is the company site. sosfitnessservices.com has the service pages, and its pages are the ones the AI-visibility tracker reports on. highriver.thesosgroup.ca is the High River location, with its own address and service area for people searching in and around High River.

What these numbers do not show

The Google Analytics figures cover thesosgroup.ca only. The report gave the new totals and the percentage changes, and we calculated the earlier figures from those; both user counts match the reported percentages exactly. The Search Console figure is a milestone notice with no earlier period to compare against. The AI-visibility tracker uses its own set of prompts and competitors, and its weekly ranks change from week to week. We do not use its share-of-voice figure because we cannot explain how it is calculated. None of these figures is revenue.

The numbers

Counted, not compared

These have no percentage beside them because they have no baseline to divide by. Stating a change from nothing as a percentage is the oldest trick on a results page, and it is not a number.

Questions about this study
Were these results measured while you were still working on the sites?
No. The project ended in January 2026. The Analytics period is July 9 to August 5, 2026, and the Search Console notice is from September 1, 2026.
Why does High River have its own site?
The High River location has its own address and service area. A separate site lets those details appear on pages written for people searching in and around High River.
What is an AI-visibility rank?
An AI-visibility tracker asks AI assistants a fixed set of questions about a type of service and records which businesses they mention and link to. The rank is sosfitnessservices.com's position among the businesses it compares. Ranks change week to week, so we treat it as a trend.
Can I see the websites?
Yes. thesosgroup.ca, highriver.thesosgroup.ca and sosfitnessservices.com are all live.
Why do only some of the Analytics figures have percentages?
We show a percentage only when it can be calculated from the two figures next to it. The user counts allow that. Google Analytics rounds engagement time and events, so we show those as plain counts.
