What "website development" means here
Design is how your site looks and reads. Development is what's underneath: how the pages are built, where they're hosted, how fast they load on a phone in a truck on Deerfoot, and who owns the code when the project's done.
Next.js, not a plugin pile
We build on Next.js, a fullstack framework. In plain terms, pages are prepared ahead of time and served ready to read, so there's no plugin waiting to break on update day. Pages built this way also tend to load quickly, which matters for visitors on mobile data and for Google, which looks at page experience.
You own it
Your code lives in a Git repository, and you get access. If you ever want to leave us, the site leaves with you. No hostage hosting, no "we'll need to rebuild it if you go."
Built for search from day one
Clean headings, one clear topic per page, proper titles and meta descriptions, schema markup, a sitemap and Search Console set up at launch. That isn't extra. It's how we build every page.
