Service

AI answering service for trades

A voice agent that picks up on the first ring, asks the questions your office would ask, and books the job on your calendar. $399 a month, flat, no per-minute surprises.

The price

$399

per month, one number, up to 500 answered calls. No setup fee.

Most contractors lose more work to a phone that rang out than to anything on their website. This is the cheapest way we know to close that hole. A voice agent answers every call within a second, sounds like a person, asks the three or four things you need to know before you can quote, and writes the job straight into your booking calendar. When it cannot help, it warm transfers to whoever is on call and texts you the details either way.

What that buys
  1. 01

Answered on the first ring, all day and all night

No hold music, no queue, no lunch gap. The three to six in the afternoon window where most shops lose calls is covered the same as ten in the morning.

  2. 02

A script built from your intake, not a template

We sit with you once and write down what your office asks before booking a job: address, what is happening, how long it has been happening, whether there is water on the floor, whether it is a rental. The agent asks those, in that order, in your words.

  3. 03

    Booking straight onto your calendar

Jobsber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google Calendar or a plain shared calendar. A message-taking service is an expensive voicemail. This one puts work on the schedule.

  4. 04

Emergency routing with a warm transfer

You set the words that mean drop everything. When the caller says them, the agent stops qualifying and rings the on-call phone with a one-line summary before it connects.

  5. 05

    Every call transcribed and scored

Full transcript, recording, job type and a booked or not booked outcome, in your inbox and in the monthly report. You can read exactly what the agent said and tell us to change it.

  6. 06

Spam and sales calls filtered out

The agent handles the eleventh SEO cold call of the week so your dispatcher does not have to.

  7. 07

Two weeks of tuning after launch

The first fortnight is where a voice agent either becomes useful or becomes a complaint. We read the transcripts with you and rewrite the parts that went sideways.

What it does not include
  • Outbound sales calling. We do not build cold callers, and it is not a line we will move on.
  • Quoting a price on the call. The agent gathers, books and hands off. It does not invent numbers.
  • Pretending to be a human when asked. If the caller asks, it says what it is.
  • Medical, legal or financial intake, which have rules this product is not built for.

Right for

A shop taking twenty or more inbound calls a week, where the phone is covered by whoever is closest to it, and where at least a few calls a day go to voicemail. Also good for after-hours coverage on its own if your days are already staffed.

Not right for

Anyone whose work is quoted in detail on the first call, or a one-person operation doing five calls a week who can simply answer them. If you can answer your own phone, answer your own phone.

Against the market

Live virtual receptionist, entry plan

from $285/mo

Usually 30 to 50 minutes or calls included, then per-minute overage. A busy week turns into an invoice you did not plan for.

Answering service, mid plan

$500 to $900/mo

Human-answered and good at it, priced per minute, and most plans still only take a message.

WARDORX

$399/mo

Flat, up to 500 answered calls, booking included. Over 500 we talk before anything changes.

A human receptionist who knows your trade is better than any voice agent on the hardest calls, and we will say that out loud. The comparison worth making is not agent against human, it is agent against nobody picking up at four in the afternoon. That is the call this replaces.

Questions
Will my customers know it is not a person?
Some will, and it is not hidden. The agent gives its name and says it is the scheduling assistant. If the caller asks whether they are talking to a robot, it answers honestly and offers to put a person on. Pretending otherwise is the fastest way to lose a customer you already had.
What happens when it does not understand the call?
It stops trying. After two failed attempts to get what it needs, it transfers to your on-call number, and if nobody answers there it takes the details and texts them to you immediately. A confused agent that keeps going is worse than a voicemail. That is the one behaviour we tune hardest.
Does it work with my existing number?
Yes. We do not move your number. We forward unanswered calls, or all calls if you want, and you can turn the forward off from your phone provider in a minute. Nothing about this is hard to reverse.
What does it cost if we go over 500 calls?
We call you. There is no overage meter running in the background. If you are consistently over we will quote a higher tier, and if it was one unusual month we leave it alone.
How long before it is running?
Five to seven business days. Two of those are you and us writing the intake script, which is the part that decides whether the thing is any good.
