Service

AI search visibility

Getting named when somebody asks an assistant who to call. Structured pages, quotable answers, citations that hold up, and a monthly record of where you were mentioned.

The price

$449

per month. Runs alongside the SEO retainer or on its own.

A growing share of the people who used to type furnace repair near me now ask an assistant and get back three names and a summary. Nobody scrolls a page of ten blue links to check the assistant's work. Being one of the three names is a different job from ranking, it responds to different work, and almost nobody in local services is doing it yet. That gap is the whole opportunity.

What that buys
  1. 01

Prompt set built for your trade and city

Forty to sixty real questions a customer would ask an assistant, not keywords. Who fixes a furnace in Calgary on a Sunday. What does a roof replacement cost in Alberta. We run them monthly and record who gets named.

  2. 02

Baseline across the assistants that matter

Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, and Gemini. You get a starting position on paper before we touch anything, so the change is arguable rather than claimed.

  3. 03

    Answer-shaped page work

The answer stated once, in full, near the top of the page, in language a model can lift without context. Most contractor pages bury the answer under three paragraphs of warm-up, which makes them unquotable.

  4. 04

Structured data that names things properly

Organization, LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage markup that agrees with the visible page. Where the markup and the copy disagree, the page gets ignored, and disagreement is the normal state of a contractor site.

  5. 05

    Citation and source repair

Assistants lean on directories, review sites and a handful of publishers. We fix the entries they read, so the facts about you are the same everywhere they look.

  6. 06

    One quotable asset a month

A page built to be the source for a specific question with a real local number in it, which is the thing models cite and other sites link to.

  7. 07

    Monthly mention report

Which prompts named you, which named a competitor, what changed, and what we are doing about it next month. Plus the crawler log, so you can see whether the AI crawlers are reading your site at all.

What it does not include
  • Guaranteed placement in an AI answer. There is no such thing and there is no ad slot to buy.
  • Publishing machine-written filler at volume. That is the thing making this hard for everyone, and we are not adding to it.
  • Fake reviews or seeded forum posts to game the sources.

Right for

A business already visible in ordinary search that is watching its click-through rate slide while rankings hold. That pattern almost always means the answer is being given above you, and this is the work that responds to it.

Not right for

A site with no rankings, no reviews and no citations. Assistants mostly repeat what the rest of the web already says about you. If the web says nothing, start with the build and the retainer.

Against the market

Agency AI visibility retainer

$1,500 to $5,000/mo

Usually sold to brands with a content team and priced as an enterprise product.

Tracking tool alone

$100 to $500/mo

Tells you that you are not being mentioned. Does not change it.

WARDORX

$449/mo

Tracking plus the work, scoped for a local service business with one city and a handful of trades.

This is early and we are going to say so rather than sell certainty. What we can prove monthly is whether you are named, whether the facts an assistant repeats about you are right, and whether the crawlers are reading you. Anyone promising a position in an AI answer is describing something that does not exist.

Questions
Is this not just SEO with a new name?
It overlaps a lot and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The differences that matter are real though: answer placement on the page, agreement between your markup and your copy, the consistency of third-party sources, and measurement by prompt rather than by keyword. If you already have us on retainer, this adds the prompt tracking and the answer work rather than repeating anything.
How do you measure something with no ranking positions?
By running the same prompt set every month and recording who gets named and what gets said. It is a share of voice measurement, not a rank. We publish the raw prompts so you can run them yourself and get the same answer, which is more than most reporting allows.
Should I block AI crawlers instead?
Not if you sell local services. Blocking them removes you from the answer that is increasingly the whole result. Publishers with paid archives have a genuine reason to block. A plumber does not.
How long before anything moves?
Sixty to ninety days for the first mentions to show up in the report, on the same cadence as ordinary search work, because the underlying sources take that long to be recrawled and reused.
