Domain and DNS, hosting at $10 a month, forms that send to your inbox, Google Analytics and Search Console, all in accounts in your name and tested before launch.

Built with
High River is about 65 km south of Calgary on Highway 2, and we already work with businesses there. We built the site for The SOS Group's High River location, and High River Fitness recommends us on its own blog. A High River website is the same product we sell in Calgary: a 14-page fullstack site in fourteen days, free for the first 10. You supply the domain. After the first 10, founding is $1,250, then $2,500. That includes the domain and hosting setup ($10 a month), contact forms, Google Analytics and Search Console. Optional SEO is $1,000 a month and covers work on the site only.
What the results page here actually looks like
Most High River searches include the town's name, because people here look for a local business rather than one in Calgary or Okotoks. A Calgary company's 'serving southern Alberta' page rarely shows up for those searches. A High River business needs pages that say High River and describe the work done there. The town's history shapes the work too. The 2013 flood and the rebuild that followed left many homes with newer mechanical, electrical and drainage systems, plus flood mitigation rules, so restoration, waterproofing and sump work are searched more here than in most towns this size. We write those pages from what your crew actually does in the town.
Where this market has a ceiling
If you want someone to come to your shop for every meeting, we are the wrong fit. If a phone or video call works for you, the process is the same as for our Calgary clients. We also will not promise map-pack rankings in High River as part of the website price, because a website alone does not decide them.
- Do you work with other High River businesses?
- Yes. We built highriver.thesosgroup.ca for The SOS Group's High River location, and High River Fitness has written about why it recommends us. Both are linked from our results page.
- What does a High River website cost?
- The first 10 get a 14-page fullstack site free. You supply the domain. After the first 10, founding is $1,250, then $2,500, for a 14-page site in fourteen days. Hosting is $10 a month and GST is added. Monthly SEO is optional at $1,000 a month.
- Is a 14-page site too much for a small-town business?
- Not usually. Fourteen pages covers a homepage, each main service, the areas you serve around the town, about and contact. In a small town each page can name the actual jobs you do, which is what people searching with the town name want to see. Kickoff, the Day 3 design review and the Day 7 preview happen by video call.
- Should my site mention Okotoks and Diamond Valley too?
- Only if you take work there. If your crew covers Okotoks or Diamond Valley, those areas belong on your service pages. If it does not, leaving them out avoids calls you would have to turn down.
