Like Rocky View County, a district with no centre and therefore no proximity anchor for the map pack. What works is targeting the named communities within it - Wabamun, Entwistle, Seba Beach, Carvel - and using the county page for what is genuinely shared: acreage servicing, well and septic systems, lake-property seasonal work, and the fact that these properties sit outside municipal utility and permit regimes. The lake communities in particular bring a seasonal and second-property market that behaves like Canmore's on a smaller scale.
